To ensure system performance and manage storage costs, Dal Nulla implements an automated media retention policy based on your current active subscription tier.
Retention Periods
The lifetime of your generated content (images and videos) depends on your active subscription plan at the time of the daily cleanup check.

| Free Tier | 7 Days | Content is automatically deleted 7 days after generation. |
| Basic & Pro | 30 Days | Content is stored for one month before automated cleanup. |
| Max | 365 Days | Premium long-term storage for up to a year. |
How It Works
Our system runs an automated maintenance process every day at 03:00 AM UTC.
- Automated Identification: The system checks all generated images and videos against your current subscription status.
- Graceful Deletion: Items exceeding the retention limit for your tier are permanently removed from both our storage servers and your history database.
- Privacy Focused: This process ensures that old data is not kept indefinitely, maintaining a cleaner digital footprint.
Important Note
Deleted content cannot be recovered. If you need to keep specific generations permanently, please download them to your local device before the retention period expires.
